Cancellation Policy:
In consideration of our valued guests and to ensure optimal scheduling availability, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service value. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice (no-call/no-show) are subject to a full charge of the reserved service(s).
