Cancellation, Tipping and Gift Card Policies
To respect the time of our guests and providers, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100%. This allows us to offer your appointment to guests on our waitlist.
For gratuities, we kindly accept cash, check, or digital payments such as Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and similar apps. While we’re no longer able to accept tips by credit or debit card, we truly appreciate your generosity and support of our team.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and can not be redeemed for cash.
